Get your finances Well.
A personalized financial-wellness program that helps you understand your money, organize your obligations, build better habits, and work toward the goals that matter to you, with a coach keeping you on track.
Your finances. Your goals. Your way forward.
Three things every GET WELL client gets
Understand your money
See where your money comes from, where it goes, and what your financial picture really looks like today.
Create your plan
Build a personalized strategy around cash flow, debt, credit, savings, and the goals you set.
Stay accountable
Work the plan with recurring coaching sessions, progress check-ins, and someone in your corner.
Financial wellness is more than a credit score.
Cash flow affects debt. Debt affects credit. Credit affects what's available to you next. Habits touch all of it. GET WELL looks at every piece together.
Money stress is heavy. You don't have to carry it alone.
Financial trouble doesn't just show up on a statement. It shows up as sleepless nights, avoided phone calls, arguments at home, and the feeling that you'll never catch up. That weight is real, and it's one of the most common reasons people put off getting help.
GET WELL coaching is built for that moment. We meet you where you are, without judgment, and help you replace dread with a plan and small wins you can see.
No shame, no lectures
How you got here matters less than where you're going. Your coach is in your corner, not keeping score.
Small wins build momentum
Every plan starts with a few actions you can finish this week. Progress you can see is the best motivation there is.
Encouragement between sessions
Check-ins, reminders, and someone who notices when you've made progress and when you need a push.
Four steps from where you are to where you want to be

Financial wellness is more than a credit score.
Your financial health is made up of connected pieces. GET WELL is designed to look at all of them and help you work on the ones that matter most to your goals.

Where you want to go
A home, a car, a business, or just breathing room. Goals set the plan; habits carry it.

Common questions
What is financial wellness?
Financial wellness is the overall health of your finances: whether your cash flow covers your needs, how you manage debt and credit, whether you have savings for emergencies, and whether you're making progress toward your goals. It's a set of connected habits and numbers, not one score.
How does GET WELL Financial work?
You start with a free assessment, meet with a coach, and build a written Financial Wellness Plan. Then you work the plan with recurring coaching sessions, action items, and progress tracking in your client portal.
What happens during the initial assessment?
You answer questions about your household, income, expenses, debt, credit, savings, and goals. You'll see a scorecard with your starting point across six areas and the priorities we'd tackle first. It takes about 10 minutes.
Do I need to know my exact credit score?
No. An approximate range is enough to start. Your coach can show you how to pull your free reports from AnnualCreditReport.com.
Can GET WELL help me create a budget?
Yes. Budget planning and cash-flow management are at the center of every plan.
Can GET WELL help me organize my debt?
Yes. We help you list every obligation, understand balances and rates, compare payoff approaches, and build a payment plan around your cash flow. Your coach helps you plan; you stay in control of your own accounts and payments.
Does GET WELL provide credit monitoring?
Yes. Every GET WELL plan includes credit monitoring at no extra cost, provided through a third-party monitoring service under its own terms. Your coach helps you set it up and understand what you're seeing.
Can GET WELL communicate with creditors?
We help you prepare and organize your own communications, such as hardship letters and budget worksheets. We don't represent you or negotiate with creditors.
What documents will I need?
Recent pay stubs or income proof, a list of monthly bills, recent statements for your debts, and your credit reports. You can upload everything securely in the client portal.
How often will I work with a coach?
It depends on your plan: monthly on Foundations, twice a month on Core Coaching, and weekly on Complete Wellness. Secure messaging is available between sessions on Core and Complete.
I feel overwhelmed and embarrassed about my finances. Is this for me?
Yes. Most people who come to GET WELL feel that way at first. Financial stress affects sleep, relationships, and mood, and it's nothing to be ashamed of. Your coach will start with where you are today and help you take the first few manageable steps.
GET WELL coaches are not therapists. If money stress is affecting your mental health, we can point you to licensed counselors, including low-cost options. If you are ever in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any time, day or night.
Is legal or tax advice included?
No. Coaches provide education and coaching only. For legal or tax questions we'll suggest you speak with a licensed attorney, CPA, or enrolled agent, and we can refer you to independent professionals.
Can I finance my coaching program?
Yes. Fixed-length 12- and 24-month programs can be paid over time through a third-party financing provider, subject to the lender's approval. You'll see the lender's terms before you sign anything.
How does billing work?
Monthly plans are billed on a recurring date you choose, by ACH bank draft or card. You sign a payment authorization at enrollment showing the amount and schedule.
How do I cancel?
Submit a cancellation request from your client portal, or email us. Monthly plans stop before the next billing date with no cancellation fee. Cancellation terms for financed programs are stated in your agreements before you enroll.
How is my information protected?
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to your coaching team, and we never sell your personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Where are you financially?
About 10 minutes. You'll see your starting point across six areas and what to work on first. Estimates are fine.
